How do I deauthorize a license key?
You can manage all your license keys and activations directly from our updated Customer Portal.
If you haven’t created an account yet, simply register a new one and add your SWAM license keys. From there, you’ll have full control over your product activations, downloads, and updates.
🔧 To deactivate a license:
- Log into the Customer Portal. 
- In the left sidebar, go to “Products” > “My Products”. 
- Locate the product you want to manage and click the “Manage” button next to it. 
- You will be taken to the Product Detail page. 
- Under the “Manage your license activations” section, find the device (based on activation date, OS version, or device name) you want to remove. 
- Click the “Deactivate” button next to that device. 
Once deactivated, the license slot becomes available for use on a different machine.
Important!
The deauthorization process for OFFLINE-activated keys is not possible using this page.
Please open a Support Ticket from the customer Portal in order to know how to proceed for OFFLINE-activated keys.
