How can I change the email address associated with my account?
Changing the email address of your Audio Modeling account is possible through our Customer Portal, but please note that the process is sensitive and must be completed fully to avoid access issues.
Steps to change your email address:
Log in to the Customer Portal with your current credentials.
Go to Account → Personal Information,
or directly visit https://my.audiomodeling.com/account/personal-information.Click Change Email.
A confirmation popup will appear, warning that the action is not reversible and the process must be completed to avoid losing access to your account and products.
Proceed only if you are sure you want to continue.A page will appear where you can enter your new email address.
⚠️ Please note: this page may take several seconds to load.Enter the new email address and click Submit.
Important Notes:
Once the email change page is displayed, the process must be completed — even if you clicked the button by mistake.
You’ll need to either confirm the current email address or successfully change it.Until the process is finalized, your account will remain in a pending state for security reasons, and you may not be able to access your account or your products.
There is no cancel button once the change has started. You must complete the flow and verify the email address used.
