How do I delete my account?

You have the right to export your personal data and even delete any personal data we store on our systems. You can do it yourself from the Account info & settings in our Customer Portal.

By confirming the deletion of your account, you will permanently remove your account data from Audio Modeling Customer Portal. This means you will lose access to the portal.

For SWAM Solo Strings v2 and SWAM Solo Woodwinds v2, you'll still be able to authorize your products with their license keys. However, a user account is required to get the latest product updates and manage or deauthorize your licenses.

SWAM Solo Brass v1, SWAM Solo Strings v3 instruments, and Camelot Pro can only be activated with a valid user account. Without an account, you won’t be able to authorize and use these products.

 

User data export or account deletion
