How many backing tracks in the timeline are the maximum in Camelot?

Modified on Thu, 22 Jan at 12:37 PM

In Camelot there isn’t a fixed maximum number of backing tracks you can add to the timeline.

In practice, the limit depends on your system resources, mainly CPU and RAM. This is because backing tracks (BTs) are loaded into memory, so the more BTs (and the longer/heavier they are), the more processing power and memory your device needs.

This applies both on desktop and on iOS: there’s no hard cap set by Camelot, but performance will vary depending on the specific computer or iOS device and how heavy the session is.
