How do I deauthorize a license key?
You can manage all your license keys and activations directly from our updated Customer Portal.
If you haven’t created an account yet, simply register a new one and add your SWAM license keys. From there, you’ll have full control over your product activations, downloads, and updates.
🔧 To deactivate a license:
Log into the Customer Portal.
In the left sidebar, go to “Products” > “My Products”.
Locate the product you want to manage and click the “Manage” button next to it.
You will be taken to the Product Detail page.
Under the “Manage your license activations” section, find the device (based on activation date, OS version, or device name) you want to remove.
Click the “Deactivate” button next to that device.
Once deactivated, the license slot becomes available for use on a different machine.
Important!
The deauthorization process for OFFLINE-activated keys is not possible using this page.
Please open a Support Ticket from the customer Portal in order to know how to proceed for OFFLINE-activated keys.
